As an on-the-go video producer, we work with less gear and fewer props than old school production companies. Back in the day, large teams of specialists and truckloads of heavy metal gear and hot lights were the standard. In the 2016 economy, everything is pared down and consolidated, and that goes double for video production.
To keep things light and sustainable, at Caron Modern Media we only use LED lighting, although we adore using natural light for testimonials and profiles. During the video production process, we focus on the more realistic aspects of the environment versus excessively staging, propping or manipulating the space.
